Takoishi is a takoyaki food kiosk located in Sta Maria, Bulacan.

It originated with 3 highschool friends who emphasised a desire to share their love for japanese food in their hometown of Sta Maria, Bulacan. They had noticed that there appeared to be a gap in the market with very limited cuisine choices in the area, with the locals having articulated an appetite for additional offerings on their respective menus.
