Chef Roel Unli Crab and Prawn is a Seafoods Restaurant started in 2018 founded by Mr. Roel C. Cruz or also known as the ‘Chef Roel’ itself . Until now this restaurant is still working on making its own name as being famous from it freshly served Crabs and Prawns.
“Fishing is the main source of income in our place Malolos Bulacan due abundant of fish crabs and prawn ,therefore after I finished my studies I decided to work abroad to earned more money to start early in restaurant business ,at first my restaurant is seafoods buffet I was positive to have so much customer but it was contrary to my expectation so I have loss 7thousand a day due so much left over . its happen for almost a week but I keep on moving I never stop . until one day a Chinese customer drop by in my restaurant and looking for ala carte menu .from him I got a better idea ,instead of buffet I alter to ala carte menu ,so no more left over no more losses .but it wont stop there my restaurant
Becomes more popular due lots of tv exposure . then I decided to buy a fishpond
And do crab farming so we wont get out of supply in every holiday seasons.
But then again continuing progress we need to branch out our harvest evrynow and then is more than 5 tons of crabs every 3 months .so I put up a new unlicrabs
